Working out on your own can be a boring, lonely experience. Research suggests that people are more likely to stick to their exercise regime and therefore see results if they have the support from others. Exercise with your friends and feel the motivation you get by being surrounded by like minded people interested in having fun and enjoying getting fit. |
Group Exercise Class
Running every Wednesday evening from 7-8pm at Hororata Community Hall, we offer a Hi-low aerobics class suitable for all levels of fitness. Run by Natalie Edge and Laura Howard, there is always a low impact option for people to follow as well as the more challenging hi impact version.
Cost per class is only $5!
Work at your own pace, enjoy the music, and have fun whilst improving your fitness at the same time.
